I visited the garage about a month ago for a battery issue. It wasn't an easy one to identify as we weren't sure what was draining the battery, but all along the process Eugene was very responsive on the phone, and kept me transparently up to date.TLDR: Trustworthy people who love what they do & care about their clients !

We rented a car for a week and everything was great. Car was in really good shape for a good price. Eugene was super nice and helpful all the time. Even before we did reservation, he was very responsive and productive in our chats. We could enjoy our holidays much more, knowing that Eugene is there if something would go wrong with the car. He also took us to the airport at the end of our trip so we didn't need to cary our luggage on public transport. We are grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Ultimate Cars for rental.

We rented 2 different cars from Eugene this summer. The first time was unexpected and he managed to get us a car in under 12 hours for an emergency visit. The process was easy and uncomplicated. Eugene waited for us for 2 hours while we waited for our luggage at the airport, and when we had to swap out cars, he sent someone from Dublin to Limerick to do the swap. This was extremely helpful and above and beyond the call of duty. The return was easy and again, seamless. I highly recommend Eugene and his company.

Great experience ! We are a french couple and went in Ireland for a week and rent a car with Ultimate Cars for some days. That was perfect, cheaper than the others and very easy to book. Family run business by Eugene. Great quality of cars and exceptional service level with friendly and helpful staff. Bought a 2017 Skoda Superb, drives excellent.
